Responsibilities
Direct the overall property management strategy.
Ensure exceptional tenant engagement and satisfaction.
Oversee the enforcement of lease agreements.
Manage finances including budgeting and accounting for the property.
Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repairs.
Enhance tenant retention strategies.
Ensure adherence to all industry regulations.
Compile monthly operational reports for upper management.
Cultivate a positive community atmosphere.
Train and develop staff in customer service skills.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Property Management or Business Administration is a plus
