Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lodging Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential complexes in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and have a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the overall property management strategy.
  • Ensure exceptional tenant engagement and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the enforcement of lease agreements.
  • Manage finances including budgeting and accounting for the property.
  • Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repairs.
  • Enhance tenant retention strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to all industry regulations.
  • Compile monthly operational reports for upper management.
  • Cultivate a positive community atmosphere.
  • Train and develop staff in customer service skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management or Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting is advantageous
