Join our team as a Production Worker, All Other. As an integral member of our production department, you will assist in creating custom ear molds and maintaining high-quality standards within our audiology services. Attention to detail and a passion for helping others are essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate custom ear molds that meet clinical and client specifications.
• Monitor production line processes for efficiency and quality.
• Cooperate with audiology teams to facilitate seamless workflow.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Evaluate production techniques and suggest improvements.
• Participate in quality assurance audits and assessments.
• Document and report on production metrics and outcomes.
• Assist in training new team members on production protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Dental Technology or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing or healthcare preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of direct experience in a production role

Languages
