The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth policy analysis, collaborating with stakeholders, and drafting reports that influence decision-making processes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, ability to interpret data, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data trends and report key insights to inform decision-makers.
• Synthesize complex information into clear and concise documents.
• Assist in the development and evaluation of pilot projects related to policy implementation.
• Conduct literature reviews to support policy analysis.
• Provide expert advice on legislation and regulatory changes.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to engage stakeholders in policy processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Policy Analysis or related discipline is preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in public policy or regulatory affairs
