We are seeking a dedicated Machine Feeder and Offbearer to join our agricultural team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the efficient operation of machinery and ensuring product quality during the feeding and offbearing process. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machinery is set up correctly for optimal operation.
• Monitor the feeding process and make adjustments as necessary.
• Supervise the offbearing process to maintain product quality.
• Conduct performance analysis on machine efficiency.
• Assist in developing schedules for machinery maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to meet production goals.
• Document operational procedures and changes made for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate IV in Agriculture or relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a related role with a strong focus on machinery operation.
