Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Hand Cutter and Trimmer to join our production team. You will be responsible for cutting leather to precise specifications using a variety of tools while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize leather cutting machines for efficient production of leather goods.
• Measure and mark leather according to specifications provided by designers.
• Ensure that all cut leather pieces meet quality standards before passing onto the next production phase.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and safety practices.
• Keep track of materials and report low inventory levels as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the leather industry
