Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Bendigo team. In this role, you will lead project initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet scope, quality, and budget specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills, with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and supervise project activities, adhering to set deadlines and budgets.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders for successful project delivery.
  • Define project requirements and develop detailed project plans.
  • Evaluate project performance and implement best practices.
  • Engage and mentor team members across various project phases.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is highly desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology-focused environment
