Job Description

We are seeking committed and experienced Umpires, Referees, and Sports Officials to maintain a fair playing environment across various sports events. The ideal candidates should be knowledgeable in the rules of their respective sports and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of the game, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Resolve disputes and maintain order among players and coaches.
• Observe and analyse performance to ensure adherence to game rules.
• Prepare for games by reviewing rule changes or updates.
• Collaborate with fellow officials to discuss critical game situations post-match.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-3 years of officiating experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Game management
• First Aid Certification

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Advanced Referee Certification in specific sport

Languages

• English: Fluent
