Job Description

Join our team as a Fire Extinguisher Tester. Your main task will be to ensure that all fire extinguishers are in working order and meet regulatory standards. You will also maintain records of inspections and provide safety training to staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Test fire extinguishers for functionality and effectiveness.
• Maintain fire extinguisher records and documentation.
• Conduct regular inspections of fire extinguishers.
• Perform maintenance and repairs of fire extinguishers.
• Provide training on fire extinguisher use to staff and clients.
• Identify and report potential safety hazards.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Fire Protection

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in fire safety or emergency services.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of fire safety codes
• Record keeping

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills

Certifications

• First Aid Certification
• Valid driver's license

Languages

• English: Fluent
