As a Baggage Porter and Bellhop, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by assisting with their luggage and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience. Your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere at our luxury hotel.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests' luggage to their rooms promptly.
• Maintain a professional presentation and demeanor at all times.
• Help guests with special needs, providing assistance with any luggage or requirements.
• Communicate effectively with the front desk and other hotel staff.
• Assist in organizing and preparing hotel shuttles for guests.
• Assist in keeping the lobby area and entryways tidy and welcoming.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or higher

Experience

• Previous experience in luxury hotel settings is preferred.
