We are looking for a skilled Machine Sneller to be part of our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining sophisticated machinery used for wood snelling. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance and quality of our wood products. If you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all machinery is operated in compliance with safety protocols.
  • Assist in the packaging and handling of finished products.
  • Collaborate with coworkers to refine production techniques.
  • Participate in team safety meetings and training.
  • Report any safety hazards to management immediately.
  • Keep up-to-date with maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate a positive team environment and culture.
  • Help maintain inventory of supplies and materials.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant vocational training is preferred.
Experience
  • Experience in manufacturing or woodworking is a plus.
