Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee multiple projects and drive strategic initiatives within our technology division. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to manage teams and complex projects effectively. You will be responsible for defining project goals, establishing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate all phases of project management from inception to completion.
  • Engage stakeholders in project planning sessions to define objectives and resources.
  • Establish KPIs to measure project success and team performance.
  • Assist in developing training programs for new team members.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of project milestones.
  • Act as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries.
  • Assess project outcomes against goals and deliver feedback.
  • Identify areas for process improvement in project delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Project Management is a plus
