Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Grinding Machine Operator who can read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure precision in manufacturing processes. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment dedicated to quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop grinding schedules based on production demands.
• Coordinate with quality control personnel to ensure products meet specifications.
• Implement continuous improvements in grinding processes to enhance productivity.
• Assist in training programs for less experienced operators.
• Report any non-conforming parts and assist in root cause analysis.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role preferred

Technical Skills

• Operating Grinding Machines
• Blueprint Interpretation

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Safety Awareness

Certifications

• Trade Qualification in Machining or similar
• Working at Heights (desirable)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Welding Skills: Experience with welding processes is advantageous.
• Experience with Quality Control: Familiarity with quality control procedures in manufacturing.
