Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Lathe and Turning Machine Tool Setter, Operator, and Tender. The successful candidate will operate and set up various types of lathes, producing high-quality metal and plastic components according to engineering specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC and manual lathes, ensuring parts are produced accurately.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues during the manufacturing process.
  • Work closely with quality inspectors to maintain high standards of production.
  • Implement best practices for tool maintenance and usage.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education
  • Trade Certification in Machining or related field
  • Additional certifications in CNC machining is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with lathe operations
