Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly during peak service times.
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff regarding food availability.
  • Help develop and maintain kitchen efficiency systems.
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Help with menu changes and ingredient sourcing.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a high-volume kitchen environment.
