As a Licensed Massage Practitioner (LMP) at Wellness Therapies Group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional therapeutic massage services to clients with various needs. Your expertise will be vital in assessing client conditions and developing personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat clients to relieve tension and pain using various massage techniques.
• Create and implement treatment plans based on clients’ individual needs and goals.
• Document client treatment histories and update records as necessary.
• Communicate openly with clients to ensure comfort and satisfaction during therapy sessions.
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene in all treatment areas and equipment.
• Attend industry training and workshops to enhance massage therapy skills.
• Comply with health regulations and workplace policies.
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment through teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of a recognised massage therapy program

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Practitioner is preferred.
