Job Description

As a Training and Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce's skills and capabilities. Your strategic vision will guide the development and implementation of training programs, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills to inspire your team and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive training and development programs.
  • Identify training needs through assessments and consultations with stakeholders.
  • Design engaging and effective training strategies for diverse learning styles.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure our training programs are competitive and relevant.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation.
  • Assess program effectiveness through metrics and participant feedback.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants.
  • Prepare and present training progress reports to executive leadership.
  • Implement initiatives to foster employee engagement and retention through training.
  • Support department heads in understanding their team's training needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Education is a plus
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in training and development management
