Job Description

As an Administrative Analyst, you will play a key role in our organisation by supporting various departments with administrative tasks, data management, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Operations with complex administrative duties.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of meetings and correspondence.
  • Assist in quality assurance of reports and data inputs.
  • Implement new administrative systems and processes.
  • Utilise project management tools to track tasks and deadlines.
  • Organise team events and conferences.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Project Management or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative or project support role
