Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist and Information Clerk to support our information services team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to thrive in a dynamic library setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage circulation transactions using the library management system.
  • Draft and distribute promotional material for library programs.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in public areas.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and improvements.
  • Conduct data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Library and Information Science or a related field is preferable
Experience
  • More than 2 years of experience in library or information services

Languages
  • English: Fluent
