Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Quality Control Systems Manager to lead the development and implementation of quality control procedures. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management and process improvement across various sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough audits and assessments of quality practices across departments.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to establish quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure the timely completion of quality reports and corrective action plans.
  • Support the operations team in implementing quality initiatives.
  • Drive change management processes to enhance quality systems.
  • Utilize quality management software for monitoring and reporting.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior quality staff.
  • Conduct analyses of market trends to align quality improvements with best practices.
  • Participate in strategic planning to integrate quality objectives.
  • Foster a culture of quality and customer satisfaction throughout the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Quality or Process Improvement is advantageous
Experience
  • 6-10 years of experience in managing quality control processes
