Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Shank Pinners to join our dynamic production team. As key players in our manufacturing process, you will ensure that bowling pins are pinned accurately and ready for delivery. Your attention to detail and teamwork will be instrumental in maintaining our high production standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pin items based on detailed specifications.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain high standards.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for timely shipments.
• Assist in stock taking and inventory management.
• Continuously improve work processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team for equipment upkeep.
• Resolve any production issues that arise.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on production challenges.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with pinning or related tasks desirable

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
