Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Hydroblaster to join our dedicated team in Sydney. The successful candidate will operate high-pressure water blasting equipment to clean industrial equipment and structures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate high-pressure water blasting machines.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Comply with all workplace health and safety policies.
• Keep accurate records of job sites and operations.
• Engage with customers when required to ensure satisfaction.
• Train new employees on equipment operation and safety measures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably in hydroblasting

Technical Skills

• Hydroblasting experience
• Equipment operation

Soft Skills

• Problem solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• First Aid Certification
• Forklift Operation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working at heights: Comfortable and experienced with tasks involving working at heights.
• Industrial equipment repair: Ability and experience in repairing and maintaining industrial cleaning equipment.
