Ampoule Sealer

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Ampoule Sealer who will be responsible for sealing ampoules securely in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the ampoule sealing equipment.
• Conduct regular checks on sealed ampoules.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with the sealing machinery.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of production output.
• Participate in training sessions for new machinery.
• Work closely with the Quality Control team for improved compliance.
• Report any product quality issues to the Production Manager.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualification in Manufacturing or Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Experience with GMP
• Calibration tools

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Forklift Operator License

Languages

• English: Fluent
