Lead Oxide Mill Tender

Job Description

Join our team as a Lead Oxide Mill Tender, responsible for the efficient running of the lead oxide production process and maintaining a safe working environment. You will report directly to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor lead oxide mill equipment
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure product consistency
• Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery of lead oxide to other production units
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and perform equipment maintenance
• Provide guidance and training to fellow team members
• Report any anomalies or safety concerns to management
• Keep detailed records of production metrics and machine performance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Manufacturing or relevant field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lead Oxide Mill Tender or in a related position.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Quality control knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift operator license: Valid forklift operator license is advantageous.
• Experience with lead oxide production: Experience operating and maintaining lead oxide mills.
