Job Description
Join our skilled team as a Dial Painter, where you'll be responsible for painting dials with precision and care. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in painting dials and demonstrate an acute attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Accurately paint dials for watches and instruments.
Make sure that all dials meet the desired specifications.
Maintain equipment and tools used in the painting process.
Document work and paint production for quality tracking.
Take part in team meetings to discuss production goals.
Identify and troubleshoot painting issues effectively.
Work closely with the design team to ensure aesthetic standards.
Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
Requirements
Education
Certificate III in Painting and Decorating or relevant experience
Experience
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous.
Technical Skills
Mixing paint colours accurately
Knowledge of safety procedures in painting
Languages
English: Fluent

Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment: Ability to operate efficiently in a production setting.
