Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Wig Maker to join our team in Sydney. This role involves creating bespoke wigs and hairpieces while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Produce custom, high-quality wigs and hairpieces for clients.
• Conduct consultations to ascertain the client's needs for their wig.
• Handle measuring and fitting processes with precision.
• Source and select premium materials for wig construction.
• Repair wigs and hairpieces as needed to maintain quality.
• Stay current on industry trends to inform your work.
• Track inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
• Ensure a positive client experience through effective communication.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
• Document client specifications accurately for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent
• Formal training in wig-making preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in wig-making or related roles

Technical Skills

• Wig styling techniques
• Repair and maintenance

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Creative thinking

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficient in styling techniques: Advanced capabilities in various styling techniques for wigs.
• Experience in human hair processing: Knowledge in handling and processing human hair for wigs.
