Curing Bin Operator

Job Description

As a Curing Bin Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of curing bins within our production facility. Your keen attention to detail is essential as you monitor the curing process, maintain quality standards, and report any discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload curing bins, ensuring that product is handled in a safe and efficient manner.
• Set and monitor curing room conditions, taking action to correct any deviations from established specifications.
• Record curing room conditions and product information in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift license: Certification for operating forklifts safely in a warehouse setting.
