Job Description

As a Skating Rink Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors. You will manage staff, budget effectively, and implement marketing strategies to promote the rink.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Lead marketing initiatives to promote rink events and activities.
• Oversee safety compliance of all operations and equipment.
• Manage financial operations, including budgeting and cost control.
• Work with staff to create a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Coordinate special events and public sessions for community engagement.
• Solve operational challenges promptly and efficiently.
• Establish partnerships with local organizations for promotions.
• Train staff in best practices for customer interaction and service.
• Develop and implement regular maintenance schedules for the facility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of management experience in hospitality or entertainment industry
