Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects in Coffs Harbour. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and engagement with stakeholders.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
• Use project management tools and methodologies to manage projects effectively.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate with the budget team to set a project budget and ensure adherence to it.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver regular project reports for management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of proven experience in project management
