Job Description

As an Ion Exchange Operator, you will be tasked with operating and maintaining ion exchange systems crucial for our water treatment processes. The ideal candidate should be proactive in monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between departments regarding equipment status.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for management review.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to handle repairs.
• Engage in safety audits and routine inspections.
• Monitor chemical inventories and ensure proper storage.
• Provide input for process optimizations and budget considerations.
• Act as a liaison for vendor interactions involving equipment servicing.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Water Operations or Chemical Engineering
• Relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the water treatment industry

Technical Skills

• Reverse Osmosis Systems
• PLC Programming
