Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Industrial Engineer to enhance our engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of manufacturing principles and lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Investigate production challenges and propose solutions.
• Assist in the design and implementation of equipment modifications.
• Facilitate changes in process design as needed.
• Lead root cause analysis for production failures.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols.
• Coordinate with suppliers for process optimization.
• Enhance safety protocols within the production areas.
• Utilize project management tools to oversee engineering projects.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in engineering roles
