Responsibilities
Cook food products using various cooking machines and techniques.
Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times.
Keep accurate records of food production activities.
Supervise the cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen area.
Support menu planning and recipe development as needed.
Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure optimal food quality.
Assist in training new kitchen staff and apprentices.

Requirements
Education
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Experience
3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
