Job Description

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of cooling/freezing systems throughout the brewing process.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and assist in repairs when necessary.
• Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of production processes.
• Monitor equipment and environmental conditions to optimise beer quality.
• Assist in scheduling preventative maintenance to enhance equipment lifespan.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Food Safety or related field is a plus.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in brewing or a related production role.
