Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Pediatrician to enhance the health of our youth population. You'll perform comprehensive assessments, build treatment strategies, and engage with families to promote optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments for pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
• Monitor patient growth and development over time.
• Engage families in conversations about health trends and educational resources.
• Coordinate care with other medical providers involved in a child's health.
• Lead health advocacy and community initiatives focused on child health.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with legal standards in healthcare.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements

Education

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications in child health are advantageous.

Experience

• 3+ years in a pediatric-focused role, preferably in a primary care setting.

Certifications

• Current medical license in Queensland
