Jogger Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Nozzleman to join our concrete spraying team. The Nozzleman will operate and maintain nozzle equipment to apply coatings and linings in various construction settings. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in coatings application with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure joggers are set up and calibrated according to job specifications.
• Monitor jogger performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project timelines and challenges.
• Perform routine maintenance on joggers to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in organising and preparing materials for upcoming jobs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain high standards of quality control in all operations.
• Document and report production discrepancies and issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety.
• Support the overall goals of the production team.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in printing technology are a plus.

Experience

• Experience with high-speed joggers is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Basic Maintenance Skills
• Familiarity with Paper Sizes

Advantageous

• Basic troubleshooting skills: Ability to troubleshoot minor issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Experience with color matching: Knowledge of color matching techniques in printing.
