We are seeking an experienced Event Planner to join our dynamic team in Gold Coast. The ideal candidate will coordinate various events and ensure they run smoothly from start to finish. Your keen attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure every event is a success. You'll work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement event planning strategies that ensure client satisfaction.
• Track and report on event performance metrics to improve future events.
• Provide exceptional client service while managing multiple event projects.
• Assist in recruiting and training volunteer staff for events.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations during events.
• Design promotional materials and presentations to showcase events.
• Work with creative teams to design event themes and experiences.
• Maintain an updated database of vendors and service providers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event planning with a focus on corporate events
