Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers, you will oversee a dedicated team responsible for the production of our milk-based products. Your leadership will ensure that production schedules are met, quality control standards are upheld, and regulatory compliance is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and manage workflow efficiently.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to streamline production processes.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Lead safety meetings and maintain a culture of safety within the team.
• Manage team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep track of production metrics and prepare weekly reports for management.
• Ensure all workers adhere to proper sanitation and hygiene protocols.
• Assist in resolving staffing issues and scheduling conflicts.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance product quality and output.
• Motivate and engage team members to maintain high morale and productivity.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Food Processing or relevant qualification
• First Aid certification

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in food production or similar

• Food Safety Regulations
• Production Management Software

Certifications

• Forklift license

Languages

• English: Fluent
