Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to join our team in Darwin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting environmental assessments, developing sustainability strategies, and collaborating with clients to promote eco-friendly practices. This position requires strong analytical skills and a passion for environmental conservation.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental impact assessments for various projects.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and environmental risks.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
• Promote awareness of environmental issues and sustainability.
• Develop training programs for clients on eco-friendly practices.
• Conduct site visits to monitor compliance and environmental performance.
• Engage with the community regarding environmental projects.
• Prepare grant proposals for environmental initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars on sustainability.
• Review and analyze technical documents related to environmental science.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Studies is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental consulting or project management
