Job Description

As a Vulcanized Fiber Unit Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the machines critical to our production line. Your role is vital in ensuring we meet production targets while adhering to the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and adjust the machine according to specifications.
  • Ensure the machine operates at maximum efficiency and output.
  • Monitor the process and adjust settings as needed to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Record production data and maintain accurate records.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Manufacturing or similar qualification
Experience
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
Technical Skills
  • Attention to detail

  • Experience with SAP or other manufacturing software: Proficiency in using software to manage manufacturing operations.
