Job Description

As a Map Editor, you will be pivotal in creating and maintaining accurate maps using state-of-the-art GIS software. You will analyze geospatial data and collaborate with a team of experts to ensure that mapping information is precise and current.

Responsibilities

• Lead mapping projects utilizing GIS technologies.
• Support the development of mapping best practices.
• Coordinate with IT for system updates and software integration.
• Assist in the migration of legacy data to GIS platforms.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Analyze historical data to identify trends and insights.
• Support promotional efforts by creating impactful maps for marketing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Sciences, or a related field
• Master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous

Experience

• Experience with GIS software and tools in a professional setting
