Job Description
As a Railway Switchman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of trains. This position involves operating and maintaining railway switch systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Monitor and control the operations of railway switches and signals.
Work closely with other railway personnel to coordinate train movements.
Conduct regular inspections of railway switch systems to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain accurate records of switch operations and any maintenance performed.
Follow all safety protocols to minimize risks during train operations.
