Job Description

As a Window Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance of our client's properties. You will be responsible for cleaning windows and other glass surfaces in both commercial and residential settings, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning of windows and glass surfaces in varied environments.
• Ensure safety protocols are strictly adhered to while on site.
• Report damages or issues with buildings that require repair.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness as per company guidelines.
• Document cleaning tasks and materials for inventory purposes.
• Interacting positively with team members and clients to enhance service delivery.
• Evaluate the use of cleaning solutions considering safety measures.
• Assist in the training of new staff on cleaning equipment and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate II or III in Cleaning Operations
• Working at Heights Certificate

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience cleaning commercial or residential buildings.

Technical Skills

• Experience with pressure washers
• Knowledge of cleaning solutions and chemicals

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Additional safety training certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
