Responsibilities

• Prepare floors for refinishing, ensuring cleanliness and repair of all imperfections.
• Use sanding machines effectively to create an even surface.
• Apply stains and finishes per client specifications.
• Recommend best practices and techniques to clients to enhance their floors.
• Manage project timelines and ensure completion to high standards.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety practices are followed at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project updates.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in repairing and restoring antique or heritage floors is highly advantageous
