Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Brickmason Supervisor to lead a team of expert bricklayers. In this role, you will oversee the construction of brick structures, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for scheduling work, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the bricklaying team, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
  • Review project plans and assist in the preparation of site layouts.
  • Monitor work performance and deliver feedback to team members.
  • Implement quality controls to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with other trades and subcontractors.
  • Manage the procurement of materials and tools for all projects.
  • Document and report any project-related issues or delays.
  • Foster a positive and productive team culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent
Experience
  • 5+ years of field experience in bricklaying with supervisory experience preferred.
