Job Description

We are seeking skilled Helpers for various construction trades. The ideal candidate will assist in installing and maintaining tapelines and related systems in multiple settings including construction sites. Responsibilities will also include troubleshooting and repairing tapeline issues as required.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and upkeep of tapelines.
• Perform troubleshooting of tapeline operations.
• Follow all safety guidelines to promote a secure work environment.
• Assist with inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Help develop efficient system for tapeline operations.
• Participate in team meetings to review project status.
• Engage in continuous skills training as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Engineering or similar qualifications

Experience

• 5 years of hands-on experience in construction trades

Technical Skills

• Project Management
• Safety Practices

Soft Skills

• Communication skills
• Time management

Certifications

• White Card – General Construction Induction Training
• Forklift License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in first-aid: Up-to-date first-aid certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in a similar role: Experience in construction or engineering industry helps.
