Job Description

The Rehabilitation Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and overseeing rehabilitation programs tailored to meet the needs of clients. Responsibilities

  • Design and execute rehabilitation programs tailored to individual client goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation services and implement necessary changes.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and healthcare professionals throughout the rehabilitation process.
  • Conduct assessments to determine patient requirements and appropriate treatment paths.
  • Develop educational materials for clients and families to enhance understanding of rehabilitation services.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards in all rehabilitation programs.
  • Empower clients through motivational interviewing techniques to encourage active participation in their rehabilitation.
  • Manage program budgets and resource allocation effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Sciences or a related area
  • Master's degree preferred
