Job Description

As a Nurse Practitioner at Health First, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide advanced nursing care. Your role involves diagnosing and managing patient health problems, educating patients about health management, and maintaining comprehensive patient records.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Certification in Family Practice or Adult-Geriatric Primary Care preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant clinical experience.
