Job Description

As a Behaviour Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective behaviour intervention plans tailored to our clients' needs. Your expertise in behavioural assessments and collaboration with other professionals will be key to fostering positive change.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) and develop behaviour intervention plans (BIPs) based on findings.
• Implement evidence-based behaviour interventions and monitor outcomes effectively.
• Conduct regular reviews to improve client-specific programmes.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to share insights and strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to support staff on behaviour management strategies.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Advocate for client needs and facilitate family involvement in the intervention process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, or equivalent
• Master's degree in relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in applied behaviour analysis or related field

• Data Analysis
• Software Proficiency

Certifications

• Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
