We are in search of an experienced Cold-Mill Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operating cold-mill machinery. This position demands excellent technical skills and a commitment to ensuring high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage cold-mill machinery operations while maintaining high production quality.
• Setup and calibrate equipment prior to production runs.
• Analyze machine operation data to swiftly rectify malfunctions.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on machinery.
• Oversee quality assurance inspections of finished products.
• Work with manufacturing teams to resolve operational hurdles.
• Comply with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Document production activities thoroughly.
• Pursue continuous improvement initiatives to boost production efficiency.
• Assist in the training of junior machine operators.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in manufacturing preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an industrial setting operating machinery

Technical Skills

• Cold-mill operation software

Languages

• English: Fluent
