Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations at our Mildura facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in logistics management. This role is critical in ensuring inventory accuracy, maximising efficiency, and maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and allocate resources effectively within the warehouse.
• Train new staff on warehouse procedures and equipment usage.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to warehouse operations.
• Interact with customers to resolve any delivery issues.
• Recommend improvements for inventory management processes.
• Conduct performance evaluations for warehouse staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and safety checks.
• Implement lean inventory practices to reduce waste.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Management or Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in warehouse or logistics management with supervisory experience
