Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Research Analyst to oversee the management and coordination of materials used in our operations. The ideal candidate will enhance our decision-making processes through statistical analysis and optimization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the logistics of material flow through the supply chain.
• Conduct analysis to support decision-making processes in production.
• Develop and enhance reporting metrics for overall material management.
• Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain operations.
• Provide training and support to team members regarding material processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in supply chain or operational analysis

Technical Skills

• Data Management Software
• Lean Six Sigma

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Organizational skills

Certifications

• Green Belt Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with simulation software: Experience with tools such as AnyLogic or Simul8 for process simulation.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques: Ability to apply advanced statistics and analytics in supply chain scenarios.
